I'm very happy with the communication, I think Rachel is a good sales person and very kind. Even though my instruction were quite specific, the company understood the assignment well and generally the product looks good. (see video) Of the 25 sets (175 single dice) there were 6 single pcs that we were not satisfied with due to some sort of damage inside the glass plates. Of which 2 were deemed unsellable due to the damage. The rest of these look beautiful. The current solution is that the damaged products will be included in the next order. This is not a solution we are very excited about, but we have accepted the terms.
